Home Owners Association limitations on solar panel and water heater installation?
I'm writing an article for my class environmental law and I am looking for a starting point that has to do with perhaps different state governments place restrictions on these organizations in their ability to limit the solar panel and / or water heater installations in homes. Any help would be great, thanks!
Currently now the Covenant, Conditions and Restrictions (CC & R) allow Owners Association's board of directors and management companies (if employed) to restrict the use of solar panels due to the uniformity of standards of all housing units within the association.
