I just read an ad for Power4Home solar panel kit, and I was wondering if there is a separate review for it. All comments are obviously written by Power4Home them, including "comparisons" DIY kits others. Has anyone purchased these books and has been able to approach the creation of a solar panel "parts available in the hardware store" claimed? Photovoltaic cells are expensive, however, claim that you can do for around $ 200 ..
