I have to take my MS so I like to learn about engineering of renewable energy, especially wind power.

I do not know about specific programs in renewable energy, as such, but if the focus is wind energy, then I believe that a program electrical engineering would be good. Just make sure that the programs have seen specialized courses in power systems engineering and talk with staff to see if any of them are already doing work in that area.
