Severn Barrage, creator of CO2 or Savior?
Severn Dam is a major project like a fence-tide in the estuary. The result would that GW of renewable electricity, but it is feared [see link]. I am less concerned about the appearance of the environment, nature, because there is little wildlife and calmer waters, assisrt life if something flies. This sounds way cool! I do not know about concrete. It's like the same as building a dam is not it? In the long term gigawatts offset the carbon emitted as it is. It is even across an estuary? Do not fish such as estuaries used for laying eggs and stuff? But I thought. Gigawatt? That is so cool. As the form of coal plants have much to replace? BTW cute dog!
